TUCSON, AZ (RNN) - Jared Lee Loughner has now been formally charged for the Saturday afternoon shooting in Tucson, AZ. Many tips are showing this may have been a premeditated event with clues leading up to it.

In a series of disjointed thoughts, videos on a YouTube account registered to a Jared Lee Loughner of Tucson, AZ, take aim at the national government and refer to a "new currency."

The 22-year-old man of the same name has been charged following the shooting of Congresswoman Gabby Giffords and 18 other individuals at a Tucson grocery store.

A bystander was able to apprehend Loughner on the scene of the shooting, preventing him from killing more people, authorities said.

Pima Community College (PCC) said the accused gunman was a former PCC student and voluntarily withdrew after he was suspended for code of conduct violations.

PCC said Loughner had five contacts with campus police for classroom and library disruptions.

Campus officials said he would have to resolve his code of conduct violations and obtain a mental health clearance indicating his presence at the college would not present a danger to himself or others.

On Sept. 29 campus police discovered a YouTube video filmed on the campus where Loughner claims the college is illegal according to the U.S. Constitution.

In one video registered under the username ClassItUp10, the user said he's aware that government officials and "the people" are listening.

"Nearly all the people who don't know this accurate information of a new currency aren't aware of mind control and brainwash methods," he wrote. "If I have my civil rights, then this message wouldn't have happen."

Another video said, "Every human who's mentally capable is always able to be treasurer of their new currency," and defined terrorism as "a person who employs terror or terrorism, especially as a political weapon."

The video further claimed, "The majority of citizens in the United States of America have never read the United States of America's Constitution. You don't have to accept the federalist laws. Nonetheless, read the United States of America's Constitution to apprehend all of the current treasonous laws."

In total, there are five videos uploaded to the account, which was registered in October 2010.

During the FBI Sheriff's conference on the shooting, authorities said it is still premature to say what exactly the motivation was in the case. Analysis of Loughner's computer is ongoing, but it does appear the congresswoman was the target. Authorities have indications that Loughner had attended a similar event in 2007.

In his profile, the user lists his interests as reading and grammar and said "conscience dreams were a great study in college"

Favorite books include Karl Marx's "The Communist Manifesto," Adolf Hitler's "Mein Kampf," and Ken Kesey's "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest," as well as lighter fare like "Peter Pan" and "Gulliver's Travels."

The profile states Loughner attended Mountain View High School, Northwest Aztec Middle College and Pima Community College.

The last post on a Myspace page, which is listed under the same name and is now restricted from public view, read "goodbye friends, don't be mad at me."

"I think when the rhetoric about hatred, mistrust of government, and paranoia about how government works it has an impact on people, especially those who are unbalanced personalities to begin with," said a Pima County Sheriff.
